If Ascue is down, messages still arrive

Ascue fails open. The WordPress plugin sends your form's normal email if Ascue doesn't answer within a few seconds, and forwarded email waits at the mail server until Ascue is back, so it arrives late rather than lost. Messages Ascue can't check in time are delivered unsorted.
