For web design agencies

Stop being every client's spam filter.

When a client's contact form fills with junk, the complaint lands with you. You add a CAPTCHA, tune a honeypot, install another plugin, and a month later they forward you a pitch from someone offering to rebuild the site you built.

Ascue sorts every client site's messages from one account. Real inquiries go straight to each client's own inbox. Sales pitches and spam are held back, and nothing is deleted.

Free for 50 messages a month. No CAPTCHA, no code, and it works with the form you already have.

One client's form, sorted.

    Backyard design quote

    Your website

“Hello, I came across your website and noticed it looks outdated and isn't mobile friendly, which is costing you customers. Our studio can rebuild it for a flat $499 in under two weeks. Can I send over a few samples?”

    Pitch 100%

Held in the Pitch folder and listed in your weekly digest.

A person typed it, so it passes every bot check, and it's aimed at your work. Ascue holds it for the weekly digest instead of letting it worry your client.

    FINAL NOTICE: listing expiry

    Spam 98%

Blocked, and kept for 30 days in case it's needed.

A fake renewal notice dressed up as an invoice. Blocked and kept for 30 days, and never in front of a client who might pay it.

    Vendor list

“Hi, do you work with property management companies? We look after about 40 rental homes in the area and we're putting together a list of preferred vendors. Who should I talk to?”

    Lead 95%

Delivered to your inbox right away.

It mentions vendors, which trips up keyword filters, but the writer wants to buy, not sell. For a landscaper, a property manager with 40 homes is a very good lead.

Why it keeps coming back to you.

  1. 01

    Every client site is different.

Contact Form 7 on one, WPForms on another, Webflow and Squarespace on the rest. Each has its own spam settings, and you're the one keeping them all working.

  2. 02

CAPTCHAs trade one complaint for another.

A puzzle stops the simple bots. Then a client's customer gives up on it, and the client wants to know why the leads dried up.

  3. 03

The worst messages are typed by people.

Rebuild offers, SEO audits and outsourcing pitches come from real people, so they pass every bot check. Some of them tell your client their website is costing them customers.

One account for every client site.

  • Each site sorts for its own business. Every site has its own one-line description, strictness and lead inbox. A question about Google rankings is a pitch to the landscaper and a lead for the SEO consultant two sites down your list.
  • Leads go to the client, not you. Each site delivers to the address you choose, with the visitor as Reply-To, so clients answer their own customers. A wrong label is corrected with one click from the email.
  • The same setup on every stack. The WordPress plugin covers Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms and Elementor Pro. Everything else forwards its notification email to the site’s Ascue address. No code, and nothing for visitors to solve.
  • Bot attacks handled for you. When a bot floods a client's form, Ascue blocks it, emails you once, and switches off when the attack stops. Blocked messages don't use your checks.
  • It fails open. If Ascue is slow or down, messages are delivered unsorted. A client sees some spam for an hour instead of calling you about a lost lead.
  • Fine control where you need it. On the Agency plan you can set one site's thresholds by hand, for the client whose inbox doesn't fit a preset.

One sentence helps. "Can you help us rank higher on Google?" is a lead for an SEO agency and a pitch to a plumber.

Does each client need their own Ascue account?

No. Add each client's site to your account. Every site has its own forwarding address, site key, business description, settings and lead inbox.

Where do the leads go?

Wherever you set for that site, usually the client's own inbox. They arrive from ascue.dev with the visitor as Reply-To, so hitting reply goes to the customer.

What if a client's form isn't on WordPress?

Any form that emails its messages works: point its notification at the site's Ascue address. Webflow, Wix Automations, Zapier and Make can send a form webhook instead, and there's a REST API for custom builds. Read the setup guides.

What happens to my clients' forms if Ascue goes down?

Their messages are delivered anyway, unsorted. The WordPress plugin sends the form's normal email if Ascue doesn't answer within 4 seconds, and forwarded email waits at the mail server until Ascue is back.

What counts as a check?

One message sorted. Obvious spam, repeats and messages blocked during a bot attack are free. The Agency plan includes 50,000 a month, shared across all your sites.

Try it on your own form.
