For tour and activity operators
Answer the visitors. Let the marketplaces wait.
Visitors write to ask about dates, group sizes, accessibility and the weather, often while choosing between you and two other tours. Whoever answers first usually gets the booking.
The same form collects marketplace listing offers, travel creators asking for free spots in exchange for a reel, and marketing agencies. Ascue sends the visitors to your inbox, marks the ones who need an answer today, and holds the rest for a weekly look.

- Tour tomorrow for 4?
“Hi, we just got into town and would love to do a tour tomorrow morning if there's room for 4 adults. Is there anything available? Our flight leaves Sunday.”
Lead 99%Delivered right away, with "Urgent:" at the start of the subject.
They're in town now and leaving Sunday. Ascue marks it urgent, so it stands out while there's still time to fit them in.

“Hi! I'm a travel content creator with 85K followers on Instagram. I'd love to feature your tour in a reel in exchange for two complimentary spots. Let me know which dates work for you!”

Free spots in exchange for exposure is an offer, not a booking. Held and listed in Monday's digest, in case you do want the reel.

- More bookings, zero upfront cost
“Get more bookings with zero upfront cost. List your tours on our marketplace and reach over 2 million travelers a month. We only take 20% commission. Can I set up your listing this week?”
Pitch 100%Held in the Pitch folder and listed in your weekly digest.
It's full of bookings and travelers, and it's still a sales pitch for a booking platform. Held for the digest.

- Group booking for 22 persons
“Hello, I want to book your tour for 22 persons in May for my company staff. Kindly send the total cost. I will pay by credit card including the transport fee, and you will send the extra to our travel agent who arranges the bus.”

A scam that got through
Ascue let this one through. It's an overpayment scam written to read like a group booking, and Ascue would rather deliver a scam than hold a real 22-person group. The tell is the money: you're asked to pass part of the payment on to someone else.
Why your form is a target.
- 01
Everyone who sells to tours can find you.
Your tours, prices and contact form are listed everywhere. Every marketplace, creator and agency that sells to tour operators can find them, and busy season is when you have the least time to sort through it all.
- 02
Booking scams look like bookings.
Overpayment scams copy real group inquiries: a big party, a vague date, a payment arranged through someone else. No filter catches them reliably, because the words are the same as a real request.
- 03
Speed wins bookings.
A visitor comparing tours books whoever answers first. Every pitch you read first is a minute that answer waits.
Bookings first, everything else later.
- Urgent questions say so. Ascue asks every message whether the writer needs a reply within a day. “We’re in town tomorrow” arrives with “Urgent:” at the start of the subject.
- Pitches wait for the weekly digest. Marketplaces, creators and agencies are listed in one email on Monday. Or have them delivered tagged “Pitch” if you’d rather see them as they come.
- Reply goes to the visitor. Leads arrive with the visitor as Reply-To, so you answer from your inbox as usual.
- It sits beside your booking system. Ascue sorts the messages your contact form sends. Bookings made through your booking software don’t pass through it and aren’t changed.

Compare plansWill Ascue catch overpayment and booking scams?
Not reliably, and we'd rather say so. The convincing ones read exactly like a real group booking, and Ascue is built to deliver a scam rather than hold a real customer. It holds the obvious ones. For the rest, be wary of any booking that asks you to pass part of the payment on to someone else.
Does Ascue touch bookings from my booking software?
No. It only sorts messages your contact form sends it. Bookings, payments and confirmations from your booking system don't pass through Ascue.
I do want to hear from some creators and partners.
Pitches are held, not deleted. They're in your weekly digest and your dashboard for 30 days, and releasing one is a click. You can also have pitches delivered tagged instead of held.
Do my visitors see anything different?
No. They fill in the same form and see the same thank-you page, with no CAPTCHA.
