For lawyers, accountants and consultants
Your next client shouldn't wait under a stack of pitches.
People who write to a lawyer or an accountant are usually dealing with something hard: a death in the family, a letter from the IRS, a contract they don’t understand. Their message should be the first thing you read.
Instead it sits between case-acquisition agencies, offshore staffing offers and fake invoices. Ascue reads every message with a one-line description of your practice and sends the inquiries through. The pitches wait for a weekly look.

A scam that got through
Ascue let this one through, though less sure than for a real inquiry. It’s the opening of a well-known fake-check scam aimed at law firms: a new client with a large debt that gets paid suspiciously fast. Ascue would rather deliver it than risk holding a real matter.

Why firms get more than their share.
- 01
Selling to firms is an industry.
Case acquisition, legal SEO, intake services, offshore staffing and practice software all market to firms through the same contact form your clients use.
- 02
Scams aimed at firms look like new matters.
Fake debt-collection and settlement cases are written to read like a real client. The good ones get past any filter, Ascue included.
- 03
A CAPTCHA is a poor first impression.
A prospective client who’s already stressed shouldn’t have to prove they’re human before asking for help.
Inquiries straight through. Pitches once a week.
- It knows what your practice does. A question about a will is a lead for an estate-planning firm. A question about a tax letter is a lead for an accountant. Your one-line description tells Ascue which messages come from clients.
- Unsure messages reach you. Anything borderline is delivered marked Ask me, with one-click buttons to confirm or correct it.
- Message text doesn’t stay. A message’s subject, sender and text are deleted 30 days after it arrives unless you opt in to help improve Ascue, and your messages never show up in another customer’s account.
- Nothing reaches the person writing. Ascue never replies to anyone. Prospective clients see your usual form and thank-you page.

Compare plansIs it safe to send client inquiries through Ascue?
Read the privacy policy before you decide, as you would for any service that handles inquiries. In short: message text is deleted after 30 days unless you opt in, it’s never shown to another customer, and the model that reads each message is run by TypeSafe AI, which is named in the policy. Read the privacy policy.
Will Ascue catch fake-client scams?
The obvious ones, yes. The convincing ones read exactly like a new matter, and Ascue is built to deliver rather than risk holding a real client. Treat a new client who pays before you've met them with your usual caution.
Does it work for accountants, financial advisers and consultants?
Yes. Describe your practice in one sentence, such as “Tax preparation and bookkeeping for small businesses in Denver”, and Ascue reads every message with it in mind.
Does Ascue reply to anyone or give any advice?
No. It sorts messages and delivers them to you. Nobody who writes to you hears from Ascue.
